Torrents not downloading with btguard

The v2. For the past week 3 computers have been running with no problems after that first 2 to 3 day break in period???

I tried to use MyEnTunnel without success. I use the built in Encryption in uTorrent instead. Why run a separate Encryption proggie when uTorrent has it built in for you. No choice on setting these settings any other way because of my ISP.

I was getting the same, i have tried a few things but the thing seems to have worked fingers crossed it stays that way - I went into preferences, connections - and enabled upnp port mapping. Seems to have done the trick. Here I found this workaround.

It involves editing your hosts file on your local machine as some of Btgaurds proxies ip addresses dont all work correctly. I use utorrent and it worked for me. I am now able to download again. Hope this Helps. Thanks so much! Having trouble with BTGuard and uTorrent.

My ISP 'throttles' peer to peer traffic, including torrents. With it, everything fuctions normally. Since the point of BTGuards Encryption is to by-pass ISP throttling, you can tell if it is working if you successfullly share torrents.
